Select from 8+ built-in themes (modern, classic, minimal, formal, etc.), add your logo, and configure fields like company details, HSN/SAC codes, and payment terms. TruLedger auto-calculates CGST/SGST/IGST, discounts, TCS/TDS, and round-off. Export as PDF or print directly — all offline.
Yes. The Payment Receipt Generator supports batch generation — import client payment data from a CSV or Excel file and generate branded receipts for all entries in one click. Each receipt can include payment mode, reference number, narration, and a digital signature.
TruLedger caches GSTIN data locally after the first lookup (when online). For bulk validation, paste a list or import from Excel. The validator checks format validity instantly offline and fetches registered trade name, address, and filing status when connected. Expired, cancelled, or suspended registrations are flagged automatically.
The Activity Dashboard is your central hub for tracking all work done in TruLedger. It logs every PDF conversion, invoice generated, receipt created, and GSTIN validated — with searchable history, date-range filters, and at-a-glance statistics (files processed, invoices created this month, etc.).
TruLedger is currently available for Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux versions are on our roadmap for late 2026.
Yes. TruLedger supports batch conversion — select an entire folder of PDFs and convert them all in one operation. This is especially useful during audit season or month-end close when you're processing dozens of client statements.
