Standard Windows desktop workflows are offline first. When used in desktop mode, workspace records are stored locally on the desktop. When used in a hosted or API deployment the files are processed on the servers belonging to that deployment.
TruLedger exports Tally XML files for import into Tally Prime or ERP 9. Outputs should still be reviewed before import, accounting entry, or client delivery.
Absolutely not. TruLedger has an embedded interactive spreadsheet viewer (FortuneSheet) that will render your parsed data in-app. It allows you to view, edit typos, map ledgers and so on before you output to XML or CSV.
TruLedger includes bank-statement-aware parsing and narration cleanup options for supported inputs. Wrapped narration rows can be merged into a cleaner output, but exported workbooks should still be reviewed before operational use.
Yes. The Bulk Upload mode allows you to drag and drop multiple monthly bank statements at once. The engine processes them sequentially and merges them into a single, continuous Excel workbook, eliminating the need to manually copy-paste data from 12 separate monthly files.
Yes. TruLedger supports direct Excel input, allowing you to bypass the PDF extraction engine entirely and upload raw .xlsx or .csv files. You can load files like e-commerce sales reports or payroll dumps directly into the embedded editor and click a single button to export validated Tally XML.
Yes. TruLedger also includes GST invoice generation, payment receipt generation, GSTIN structure validation, and local workspace/history features in the Windows desktop workflow.
No, TruLedger is a natively engineered Windows desktop application built on .NET 10 and WPF. It requires a PC running Windows 10 (version 1903 or higher) or Windows 11.
